T&C’s (including complaints procedure)


  1. Our payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. Your invoice will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the proposed work, once you are satisfied with the work we will request payment.
  2. Payment types accepted are; bank transfer, debit card, credit card cheque.
  3. We do not charge a fee to any customer who wishes to pay with a debit or credit card.
  4. Please be aware that leaks may occur on old pipe work fitted prior to your new heating system being installed due to the changes in pressure. Although this is rare Gas Angel will rectify any leaks that are easily accessible.
  5. In the unlikely event that any leaks/defects become apparent which are on your new installation, we will endeavour to rectify them within 24 hours of the call.
  6. We offer a 12-month Gas Angel workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.
  7. After completion of the job we will notify Gas Safe, that the installation is complete and meets all the required building regulations, you will receive a certificate which you must keep.
  8. The warranty is your responsibility to activate, however if you would like us to activate it for you please ask.
  9. All scrap materials including the old boiler and any tanks will be disposed of by us, unless you the customer wish to dispose of them yourself.
