How much is boiler cover?
Boiler cover costs from just £18 per month
The price includes your annual boiler service, and if/when your boiler breaks, all parts, and labour needed to carry out the repair are fully covered (£70 call-out fee applies).

How much is a boiler service?
Half-price annual boiler service – £45 with our annual boiler service plan (ideal for customers who plan to service their boiler each year).
Or £90 for a one-off service (ideal for customers who don’t plan on servicing their boiler next year).
Prices include your boiler service, a boiler service certificate, and VAT.

How much is a landlord gas safety check (CP12)?

The price includes a gas safety check, certificate, and VAT.
